KANGXI PERIOD (1662-1722)
Each painted with shaped panels depicting pairs of pheasants perched on rockwork amidst flowering branches of magnolia and viburnum, below a stylized ruyi band on the neck, the domed cover decorated with smaller cartouches of prunus and camellia branches below the blue bud-shaped knop, the underside of the everted rim unusually painted with a narrow band of delicate foliate meander under a clear glaze
