With sloping rim on short foot, the finely drawn design on white body with four crossed red carnations in the center, blue hyacinths, grey tulips and other flowers around, spraying from a green tuft at base, the slightly cusped rim with wave and rock design, the reverse with pairs of blue tulips alternating with blue and green rosettes, the dish covered with a light yellow varnish, repaired breaks, areas of restoration
