Formed as a mitre of the Life-Guards Pavlovsky Regiment, the front applied with the Imperial double-headed eagle centering the star of the Order of St Andrew with hinged chin-strap, the top and sides enamelled in translucent red and opaque white, the hinged base fitted as a locket, on suspension ring, apparently unmarked
