Woven in silks and wools, depicting a courtly dresse couple being rowed in a canopied gondola between two elaborate fountains within formal gardens and with further figures in attendance, within a scrolling and fruiting foliate and flower head border decorated with birds and dolphins and a blue outer guard border, the borders of a later date
8 ft. 6 in. x 10 ft. (258 cm. x 304 cm.)
