The black leather 'Gladstone' case with embossed 'M' beneath a Royal duchess' coronet, with hinged lower compartment containing various ivory handled implements, brushes and bottles and a black leather box with three scent bottles, mostly engraved with an 'M' beneath a Royal Duchess' coronet
