AN EMBELLISHED MUGHAL WHITE JADE PIPE MOUTHPIECE

The body of cylindrical tubular form, hollow at one end, with narrowed waist and an upturned flower at the other supporting a globular upper section rising to a tapered tip forming the mouthpiece, decorated around the base and to the flower petals with gold-wire inlaid with pear-shaped emeralds, the well-polished stone of an even pure white tone
