THREE SMALL OPAQUE JADE DAGGER-FORM PENDANTS
LATE SHANG DYNASTY, CIRCA 1200 BC
Comprising a pair, each blade with beveled edges and median ridge extending from a dogtooth band to the point, the 'hilt' in the shape of a bird head drilled from both sides with a small hole; the blade of the third pendant with beveled edges and median ridge extending from a diamond band flanked by double ribs, the tang carved in relief with parallel rows of double ribs
