QING DYANSTY (1644-1911)

Of flattened baluster form supported on a flaring foot, carved in shallow relief around the body with band of archaistic taotie masks between rope-twist borders, flanked at the shouder by a pair of mask-head handles supporting an articulated handle, with Qianlong four-character reign mark at the neck, the well-polished stone of an attractive yellow tone with some small brown inclusions
