Of flared cylindrical form with broad circular drip-pan halfway down the central column and with crimped top rim, the base and drip-pan painted in the Transitional style in two tones of blue with an Oriental seated among boulders and grasses outlined in manganese trekking, the upper part with bands of blue and manganese chevron-ornament
