Accompanied by a Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin dated April 23, 2008, wooden winding presentation box, winding box accessories, leather envelope and product literature.

To the best of our knowledge, this watch has never before been offered in public.

Patek Philippe introduced the reference 5159 in 2007 as a replacement to the 5059. It was first manufactured in yellow and white gold and since 2010 in pink gold.
