With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1994 and its subsequent sale on January 19th of the following year. Further accompanied by a Patek Philippe leather presentation box.

To the best of our knowledge, this watch has never before been offered in public.

Patek Philippe produced the reference 3883 from 1980 until approximately 2000.

Reference 3448 is illustrated in Patek Philippe Wristwatches by O. Patrizzi, vol. II, plate 1099, p. 260.
