The first incense box formed as a drum, with light brown patination overall, inlaid in gold, silver, copper and shakudo on the flat cover with butterflies and stylized peonies, the rim silver, with the inlaid-wire mark of the Kyoto Nogawa on base; the second incense box of silver and heart-shaped, the cover chiseled with pine trees by the sea, signed... and sealed Shobido; the large covered box of disc form with golden-brown patination overall, chiseled and inlaid in gold, silver, copper and shakudo, with chrysanthemum and plum branches, signed Hashimoto Isshi and with kao
