A shakudo incense burner (koro)
Meiji period (late 19th century), inlaid-wire mark of Hattori Company on foot
Of globular form on three stump feet inlaid in gold, silver, copper and shibuichi, with chrysanthemums and butterfly, the chrysanthemum-form cover perforated between the petals
3 3/8 in. (8.5cm.) high; 4¼ in. (10.7cm.) diameter
