A BLUE AND WHITE BEAKER VASE
KANGXI PERIOD (1662-1722)
Well painted in bright blue tones around the bulbous midsection with two shaped reserves of a deer holding a lingzhi in its mouth and ducks on a river bank, separated by small floral sprays and between borders of scrolling clouds, the spreading foot and flared neck painted with figures in pavilions and a fisherman on a small jetty, the base with a double circle in underglaze blue
