slightly tapering étui of oval section, both sides of cover and base with rectangular panels of engine-turned horizontal reeding stamped with scattered pellets, divided by applied ribbon-twist borders, the slightly domed cover centred by a foliate rosette in a frosted ovolo, the polished matrix engraved with monogram 'WB'
