The larger cotton sheet of vivid red ground finely decorated in shades of gold and outlined in white with nine dragons in pursuit of 'flaming pearls' among ruyi clouds surrounding the edges; the smaller sheet similarly decorated with four dragons encircling a central 'flaming pearl' amidst swirling clouds and flames, both mounted as scrolls
