Maker's mark and town mark indistinct, 1899-1908
Rectangular, Christ realistically painted, raising his right hand in benediction and holding the Gospels in his left hand, his silver-gilt vestments repoussé and chased with geometric borders, the oklad cloisonné enamelled in turquoise with vari-colour enamelled scroll accents and translucent red lettering and highlighting, the border repoussé chased with stylised foliage and enamelled inscription plaque, the spandrels similarly enamelled, marked on halo and vestment
