By the Kornilov Factory, St Petersburg, 1891-1917
Each circular, with a white ground, centering a stylised strapwork double-headed eagle in Old Russian style, the borders decorated with rectangular panels of geometric designs in red, blue, green and yellow, with gilt line rim, marked on reverse with printed factory mark, printed inscription 'Made in Russia by Kornilow Bros.' and the number '46'
