Circular, the centre applied with the silver monogram of Emperor Nicholas II, the Imperial crown and the engraved coat-of-arms of Pskov, all within a carved berried laurel wreath, the border inscribed in Russian 'BREAD SALT' above a ribbon-tied wreath of oak and laurel, with raised scalloped rim, signed on reverse
