Second edition in English of this popular and richly illustrated treatise on perspective by the Jesuit scholar Pre Dubreuil, first published in 1642. The first English edition appeared in 1672, and the appearace of an edition as late as 1743 is evidence of its lasting value. Wing D-2412.
