Meiji period (late 19th century), signed Dai Nihon Kyoto ju Miyabe Atsuyoshi and with kao (cursive monogram)
The vases of elongated ovoid form with flattish shoulder, short tapered neck, decorated in copper, silver, gilt and shakudo takazogan with a group of egrets wading among tall reeds and in flight, the patina dark brown; each with incised signature on base
