LATE QING DYNASTY
Decorated in grisaille, turquoise and iron-red around the body with a continuous garden landscape with bamboo, lingzhi and other plants beside rockwork, all between a stylised lappet band at the foot and an overlapping ruyi border below the mouth, all on a bright yellow ground, the shoulder applied with two animal-mask ring handles picked out in shades of pink and bearing the dayazhai mark and an oval panel inscribed in iron-red tian di yi jia chun, the interior and base covered in turquoise enamel, the base with an iron-red Yong qing chang chun mark
