(Second half 20th century), each signed Tomizo (Saratani Tomizo; b. 1949)
Decorated in iro-e togidashi-e with scenes of crows perched on snow-covered branches heavy with red berries, all against a roiro and mura nashji ground, the interior matte black sprinkled with gold powder; with a box (hako) netsuke decorated in matching colored lacquer with a sprig of berries and with metal bead ojime
