OF LOUIS XVI STYLE, LAST QUARTER 19TH CENTURY
Each of rectangular outshape with serpentine sides, the Saint-Berthevin marble top above a spreading pediment inlaid with Vitruvian scrolls, above a paterae-filled guilloche frieze with two concealed drawers, above a similarly framed cupboard door with floral-swag and flower-filled basket marquetry, the brass-filled fluted angles headed by ribbon-tied vine clasps, the sides with paterae-filled trellis-parquetry, the shaped apron centred by a pierced volute mount, on short cabriole legs with acanthus and scroll-tipped sabots, each bearing the spurious stamp 'CC. SAUNIER' beneath the marble
