A gilt bronze figure of eleven-headed Avalokiteshvara
Tibeto-Chinese, 18th century
Standing on a lotus base with his primary hands in anjalimudra and the others radiating around him, dressed in a dhoti clasped with a festooned belt and adorned with various jewelry and sashes, all of the faces serene except for one with wrathful expression, the hair spilling over the shoulders
