Lot Essay

Li Geng is one of the sons of artist Li Keran (1907-1989) and sculptor Zou Peizhu. He has taught and exhibited in Japan and Germany, as well as participating in shows throughout Asia. Boldly rendered figures painted with broadly applied ink are among his best-known works.
