The first carved as two water caltrops encircled by a leafy stem of saggitaria, the stone of even white tone, the second carved in openwork with bats in flight amidst a fruiting gourd vine, all enclosed by large lotus leaves, the stone of even white tone with some added russet color
2 7/8 and 2 1/8 in. (7.3 and 5.5 cm.) long (2)

Acquired in Hong Kong in the 1960s-70s.
