LATE PERIOD, DYNASTY XXVI, CIRCA 664-525 B.C.
Solid cast, wearing the Double Crown of Upper and Lower Egypt with frontal projecting curl, the broad collar incised, the long wings crossing over the tail feathers, wing, tail and leg feathers and talons with delicately incised details, the head finely modelled with typical facial markings, the round eyes with dark hardstone inlays and gold rims, on integral rectangular plinth
5 1/8 in. (13 cm.) high
