silver hour band set in gilt-brass ring, divided 3-12-9, subdivided to the quater-hour, lacking gnomon, shaped gilt-brass latitude arc, silver dial plate signed on reverse Johann Willebrand in Augsburg 48, lacking plumb bob, the compass base allows the pointer for magnetic variation to be adjusted, in original felt-lined case with table of latitudes for 68 towns.
