Circular, the spreading circular base supported by four paw feet, rising to an engraved key pattern band, the lower section of the bowl gadrooned, the upper section repoussé and chased with swans and ribbons suspending floral garlands above scrolling foliage and wreaths, each angular handle with engraved key pattern, surmounted by a ribbon-tied wreath, the interior gilt, marked under base
