With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1965 set with 36 diamonds weighing 2.38 ct. and its subsequent sale on 22 April 1966.

Reference 3465 was launched in 1962 and produced in yellow or pink gold. Reference 3465/1 was only made in platinum and set with baguette-cut diamonds to the bezel. According to our research, the present watch is one of only 4 examples to have come up for auction to date and is furthermore in overall very good condition.
