A SMALL FAMILLE ROSE GARLIC-MOUTH VASE
EARLY 20TH CENTURY
The bulbous body is decorated with a scene of a friendly encounter between a fisherman and a gentleman in a rocky and verdant landscape with three bats in the distance painted in iron red, below two narrow gilt bands encircling the neck and a bulb-shaped mouth with gilt rim. There is a Hongxian yuzhi mark on the base.
