INSCRIBED FAYSAL WITH THE KHEDIVIAL CROWN, EGYPT, WITH TUGHRA MARK, EARLY 20TH CENTURY
Of flattened bulbous shape on short flared foot, the tapered neck rising to a flat screwable lid, the waisted parcel-gilt beaker fitting to the bottle's top, the machined decoration with wavy patterns and dots overall, a floral medallion inscribed Faysal under a coronet, marked with tughras of Sultan 'Abd al-Hamid II or Muhammad V or VI, with sahh, assay and Egyptian hallmarks, the original leather case with hinged cover, lined with red velvet, handle at top, in very good condition
