A SMALL MOTTLED YELLOWISH-GREEN JADE MODEL OF A SNAKE
LATE MING DYNASTY, 17TH CENTURY
The coiled serpent is carved in the round with the body spiralling upwards and the head appearing at the top. The stone is of a mottled tone with some brown inclusions.
