A FAMILLE ROSE HEXAGONAL-SHAPED VASE
QIANLONG IRON-RED SIX-CHARACTER SEAL MARK AND OF THE PERIOD (1736-1795)
The pear-shaped vase has one C-scroll handle applied to the neck. Painted around the body with six bats suspending chimes, below a band of shou characters amongst flowers and scrolling foliage. The foot has a key-fret band and the mouth with ruyi-heads. The interior and base are turquoise enamelled.
