The ormolu of Louis XVI style, in the manner of Pierre Gouthière, Paris, 19th century; the Chinese porcelain covers, Imari, late 17th early 18th century
Each domed lid with acorn finial above a pierced collar, flanked by three ram's heads, raised on incurving guilloche-decorated legs terminating in cloven hoof feet, on a circular base with acanthus finial and beaded plinth
