Comprising: an early Ottoman binding with flap, decorated with black floral arabesques and geometric motifs reserved against gilt ground within cusped medallions and spandrels, the original doublures with gilt medallions; a fine Ottoman binding of elongated format with stamped and gilt medallions of Chinese clouds and floral motifs, with marbled paper doublures; another Ottoman binding with flap decorated with floral motifs and with découpé leather doublures; another Ottoman gilt stamped binding with flap; and two large Safavid gilt stamped flaps with dense floral decoration, each with colourful découpé leather doublures, some restored, scuffed and rubbed, otherwise in fair condition overall
