A HONGMU RECTANGULAR TABLE INSET WITH A BLUE AND WHITE PANEL
THE PORCELAIN 18TH CENTURY, THE WOOD 19TH CENTURY
The panel finely decorated in the pencil drawn style with a central roundel of three leafy peaches flanked by the attributes of the Eight Immortals. This design is interspersed with densely scrolling lotus, enclosed with a border decorated with bats amongst scrolling clouds. The table is supported on straight legs ending in a spiral, the high stretcher carved in a geometric design.
