Encircled by a frieze of komasts, one side centered by a reclining bearded banqueter, his head turned back, a laden table and a footstool in front of the kline, two padded dancers to the right, that to the far right, below the handle, with his head turned back, a duck and a padded dancer to the left; the other side centered by a padded dancer facing two others to his right, a nude female to the left squatting above a column-krater, likely an acrobat; the background filled with rosettes of various sizes, the scene framed by bands of checker-pattern above and below, a double row of rays above the foot, vertical wavy lines in the handle-zone; details in added red
