With broad tapering double-edged blade with prominent medial ridge on each face and a copper-alloy inlaid mark on each side at the forte, iron guard composed of arched flat quillons with scrolled tips stemming from a narrow pointed quillon-block, swelling iron-bound leather-covered grip with a turned ferrule above and below, and large flattened disc-shaped pommel incised with radiating lines
