A WHITE AND GREY JADE 'THREE RAMS' BOULDER
18TH CENTURY
The boulder is finely carved in high relief on one side with a group of three rams (sanyang) beneath prunus branches emerging from a rocky overhang of the craggy cliff face which continues onto the reverse. The stone shades from creamy white color to blackish-grey on the reverse.
