Arabic manuscript on gold-speckled paper, 224ff. plus four fly-leaves, each folio with 17ll. of black naskh script, each line between black-ruled gold divisions, with gold verse markers, sura headings in gold thuluth script, text within black-ruled gold frame, marginal markers in gold thuluth script, opening bifolio with gold and polychrome floral illuminated margins and headpieces, colophon signed and dated in gold, Qur'anic text followed by prayers, in fine contemporaenous gilt and tooled morocco binding, with gilt doublures, in good condition overall
