Probably from a Diwan of Yazdi, gouache heightened with gold on paper, musicians and dancers are depicted inside a richly decorated palace interior as onlookers watch from the balcony above, the reverse with 8ll. of elegant black nasta'liq written diagonally and in two columns with blue rules, the centre of the page with two further lines of nasta'liq on blue paper with gold floral illumination in the corners, in blue silk covered mount, framed and glazed
