comrpising: a waisted portrait jar with serpent handles terminating in beast masks, painted with a quater-length profile of a gentleman, armoured, before a banner inscribed GIOBAT, the reverse with a lady before a banner inscribed ISABELLA, within roundels of fruit and leaves on a blue ground painted with trophies, indistinct mark, possibly for Cantagalli -- 12¾in. (32.4cm.) high; the other similar in form, painted en grisaille with a maiden within a quatrefoil panel, the reverse with a coat-of-arms, on a ground of groteschi -- 9½in. (24cm.) high, late 19th/20th century (2)
