QIANLONG PERIOD (1736-95)
The carving is modelled and pierced with four chilong clambering over a plaque comprising a rectangular tablet carved with archaistic motifs and a ruyi head surmounted by a bi disc carved with raised nodes. The stone is of a pale celadon tone with russet inclusions highlighting parts of the chilong.
