Lot Essay

This commentary of Ibn Sina's Remarks and Admonitions (Isharat) was composed by Nasir al-Din Tusi, the famous Persian polymath, during his stay with the Isma'ilis of Alamut. It is a major contribution to Ibn Sina's philosophy and its interpretation. It was intended, at least in part, as a response to al-Razi's commentary on the Isharat.
