A SILVER-GILT AND GUILLOCHÉ ENAMEL DESK CLOCK
MARKED FABERGÉ, WITH THE WORKMASTER'S MARK OF MICHAEL PERCHIN, ST. PETERSBURG, CIRCA 1890, SCRATCHED INVENTORY NUMBER 5671
Square, enameled in translucent purple over a chevron guilloché ground, applied with entwined ribbon-tied laurel garlands and crossed arrows, centering a white enamel dial within a silver guilloché-chased bezel, black Arabic chapters and pierced gold hands, all within a reeded border chased with laurel leaves at intervals, surmounted by a crest in the form of a bow, intertwined with a ribbon and laurel, the mammoth ivory back with a silver scroll strut, the back of the case stamped '3882', marked throughout
