A PAIR OF FAMILLE ROSE 'COCKEREL' VASES, CONG
REPUBLIC PERIOD (1912-1949) , IRON RED JIANGXI CI YE GONG SI MARKS
Each vase has a pair of gilt fixed-ring elephant-head handles. One side is decorated with three cockerels below chrysanthemum while the remaining sides are decorated with further flowers including narcissus and birds on peony branches.
