DATED JIACHEN YEAR, CORRESPONDING TO 1784
The cylindrical brushpot is carved standing on three short feet and incised around the exterior with a two sailing boats approaching a series of buildings on the shore, the mountainous landscape dotted with trees and vegetaion, all below a four-line inscription signed Songquan Daoren.
