COUPE TRIPODE EN BRONZE, JIA
CHINE, DYNASTIE SHANG (XVIEME-XIEME SIECLE AV.JC)
The globular body is raised on three blade-form feet and is intricately cast to the exterior with three taotie marks reserved on a leiwen ground, divided by vertical flanges. The rim supports two pyramid-form posts above an animal-mask loop handle cast to one side. There are two pictograms to the interior.
